Warwick Webster and friend beside the “Warwick Webster Stand”. The stand naming ceremony occurred in February 1995.

Old boys of the Wests Water Polo Club during, including Mark Persi (far left) and Ken Dobbins (far right) who were members of the Domain Wanderers club when they moved to the Ashfield Pool as their new base in 1963. Others featured in this 2019 photo are Arthur John Porter, Kym Cridland, Brian Gilbert and Bob Groves.

A packed public gallery in the former Ashfield Council Chambers. This was the Inner West Council meeting of 13 November 2018 when Council decided to go ahead with the pool’s current redevelopment. Attendees included many pool users such as the water polo and swimming club members.

Mark Persi, proudly showing his water polo medals. Mark was part of the club that commenced at the Ashfield Pool when it opened in 1963, and still plays for the Wests water polo club today.

‘Doc’ Wulf, a long time member of the Wests Water Polo Club. Doc maintains the club’s statistics and archives. He has played over 800 games for the club and is a Life Member.
